Traineeships

As an apprentice or trainee, you will combine full or part-time work with training. It's a paid position, so you earn as you learn. You can begin an apprenticeship or traineeship while you are still at school, just out of school, or later in life. You will enter into a training contract with your employer and receive formal and on-the-job training to learn your trade or occupation.
Once you have completed your apprenticeship or traineeship you will get a nationally recognised qualification.
